Returns Policy

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
  • In case the product you have ordered is not available in stock, the amount paid for that product will be refunded to you via cheque or NEFT within 15 days of this being reported.
  • Returns/exchange requests need to be within 7 days of the delivery of product.
  • Please fill the returns form for easy processing of refunds.
  • All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
  • All products should be self-shipped within 48 hours of the return request being raised.
  • Items on SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We do not offer exchanges on orders shipped internationally.
  • Once the return items have been received, the amount will be refunded to the customer in the form of Melia Credit. Melia credit has to be used within 6 months from the date the amount has been credited into the customer's account.
  • Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
  • Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
  • All tailor-fit items cannot be returned.

Shipping And Delivery Policy

  • Melia provides free shipping all over India.
  • Your order will be shipped within 14 working days from the acceptance of the transaction. You will be notified by email once your order is shipped.
  • Indian VAT will be applicable to all orders within India and the prices mentioned on the website are inclusive of taxes and duties.
  • We do ship internationally. However, shipping charges as well as taxes and duties are payable by international customers.
  • Taxes and Duties will be levied according to the destination of shipping and will be payable by the customer.
  • Indian Holidays and Festival Days are excluded in delivery timeline.
  • On all COD orders within India, an additional charge of Rs 150/- will apply.
